Terms and Conditions

Reservation: A non-refundable reservation fee of $200 is required to secure your order. The fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order. The remaining balance must be paid before we can receive your flowers and begin preservation and design.

Refunds: As each piece is custom-made and one of a kind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Order cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the reservation date will result in a refund minus the $200 reservation fee. Order cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the reservation date will result in no refund

Changes in Appearance: Please note that the colors and appearance of the original flowers may change during the preservation process. Some colors may shift and the shape may change. For example, white flowers may shift to an antique color while some red flowers darken. We cannot guarantee how a flower’s color will change during preservation as it varies by age, condition, and varieties of the flowers.

Creative Freedom: By sending your bouquet to us, you give us the creative freedom to make the bouquet come to life in any way that we deem visually appealing.

Flowers Arrival Condition: Florals Preserved LLC has the right to decline preserving any flowers that have arrived in a damaged or wilted condition, as our experts may deem it impossible to be preserved successfully. Should this be the case, we will not be liable to return these flowers. Although, upon request, we can source similar replacement flowers at an additional cost to replicate the original bouquet as closely as possible.

Quality of Flowers: Some flowers may not be used due to their thickness, condition upon arrival, or due to space limitations. We will only use the best floral ingredients provided to create a beautiful keepsake. If any flowers are damaged during the preservation process, we reserve the right to replace any damaged flowers that are necessary for the integrity of the design using exact or like varieties.

Timeline: Preservation, design, and framing are detailed and time-consuming processes. Please allow at least 3-6 months for your piece to be completed prior to pickup or shipment.

Damage or Loss of Flowers: We take great care in handling and preserving your flowers, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss of flowers due to power failure, fire, flood, equipment failure, or any other acts of nature beyond our control. In the event of damage or loss, we will notify you and may offer to refund your payment or replace the flowers at our discretion.

Discarded Flowers: Any extra flowers that cannot be used will not be returned. Only the best quality flowers will be used and any extra flowers that do not meet our quality standards will be discarded.

Natural Fading: As this is a natural product, colors will inevitably fade over time. We assume no liability for this natural process.

Shipping: We take great care in packaging your piece to ensure a safe delivery, however, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. If damage occurs, please photograph and save the contents of the package upon arrival, then contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim. We will work with you to recover as many flowers as possible to repair and correct the piece with new framing to the best of our ability. If flowers are damaged beyond repair, we will not be responsible for replacing them, but can help recreate the art piece at our discretion. Funds from the insurance claim can be used towards the damages.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we become liable to you beyond the amount of monies paid by you. You release us from all liability beyond such value.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
